“We reserved the superior suite. Once I stepped into the room, the entrance and bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. The rest of the suite was okay. We told the reception and thought it'll get taken care of. We returned hours later, and the cigarette smell was still there. We went to the reception again, and were told they already sent the cleaning staff to check. Well, it seemed to me nothing was done. I'm not even sure how this can happen. How can the staff not notice this? And then putting...

“It was fantastic experience to stay in this hotel. but unfortunately it was a record-high temperature during my stay in netherland (mid of june,2017), and there were no air-conditioner in our room. it was only issue for me. Except that 1) easy access to the maastricht and valkenburg 2) fantastic view of old-castle-like hotel 3) privacy and silence 4) etc. were really facinated us.”

“Wat ons bovenal beviel was de vriendelijkheid van de medewerkers/eigenaars. Er hing een heerlijke huiseljke sfeer in het hotel en dat maakte ons verblijf heel fijn. Prima ontbijt en de moeite waard er nogeens terug te komen”

“Ich konnte bereits vor 15 Uhr einchecken. Man konnte erst nicht sehen, das ich das Zimmer bereits bezahlt hatte. Die Mitarbeiterin hat dies direkt geprüft und mir dann bestätigt. Somit schnell klären können. Das Zimmer war super und sogar ein Ventilator bei Anreise auf dem Zimmer. Die Lage ist ruhig und nach wenigen Gehminuten ist man im Zentrum. Parkplatz war im Preis inklusive”

“Super vriendelijke mensen. Zowel bij het onthaal als tijdens het verblijf probeert men je zo goed mogelijk voort te helpen met vb extra handdoeken, coffeepads,.... Ruime en zeer propere kamer. Is op wandelafstand, 20 min, van het centrum van de stad maar zonder zelf in de drukke stad te liggen. Heerlijk rustig 's nachts. Een aanrader.”
