“The rooms are large and so unique. Mine had a lovely living room, separated from the bedroom by steps, a partial wall and two-sided fireplace (though, tbh, the 'fire' was comically fake). Still, it was a fun detail. Art Deco decorations, furnishings and colors, wide hallway, large bathroom. Patient and kind staff who gave delightful advice for making the most of my time in Buffalo. It is full of history, and my only wish was that more of the main floor was restored and open. Highly recommend....

“The staff at front desk was very helpful. Room was in great condition. Everything was clean and bed was comfortable.”

“I bring my grandkids here to swim and they love it and they couldn’t swim because the pool was freezing cold. They were so disappointed. No working heater. Wish Thomas mentioned when we booked. And also gave my 2 ur old grandson a bath and he was putting the peeling paint from the tub in his mouth. Glad I noticed right away and took him out. Other than those things we love coming here. But was disappointed this time.”

“Clean room”

“It's an OK airport hotel to stay b4 and after your flight. Hotel is kind of old and smelly in the room too but the bed is comfy and meets the expectation regarding cleanliness. I'd come back here to stay cuz they have better rate than other hotels in tye area. You could here airplanes but it stops at night time.”

“they over sold my room with two queen beds , and put me in a room with a king size bed for three people. they gave us a roll up bed that springs were poking my back.”
