“This was a clean and affordable hotel room in Jackson! We were arriving after the front office closed and they made checking in easy. The office person was friendly and helpful on the phone.”

“The best part of this stay was access to shops and restaraunts. The pool garden area was also top notch, a real plus. The place was generally dark and dull. We even asked to have some hallway lightbulbs to be replaced but in 4 days it never happened. Check in and parking went smoothly.”

“We were in the older section & it was not exceptionally clean. It was noisy - you can hear the neighbors walking around upstairs - we were worried when we saw earplugs & a note about noise. The microwave worked intermittently, the mini / mini fridge was not really cold. When our room was made up of we did not get any more coffee pods. The room was rather dingy - yes we expected more for 650 a night - silly us. The sink was some kind of combo of kitchen/bath which offered no privacy. The bath...

“It’s old but room is very clean. Clean shower room, toilets with good amenities and clean bed. It’s also located in very convenient place so you can walk to the center of the city in few minutes. We stayed at the room that’s closest to the main street. At night, we heard people on the street talking and there was some construction noise from outside in the early morning around 4:00am -5:00am.”

“Cookies at 4:30-5 never came out the whole time I stayed. I know, it's a added bonus if they do. They added $20.00 a day for parking, I didn't know until I received my credit card bill. It should have been stated, no one mentioned it, I called and they told me that parking fee started in July. I have stayed here 4 times, the rates are now 3 times what it was in May and they added a parking fee. I'll have to think about staying here or not in the future.”

“Good location with free parking. Room looked better in photos than in person but decent for price compared to other stays. Didn’t realize it was a shared balcony instead of private. Room above of us was extremely noisy throughout the entire night and there was no guest services to address the situation”
