“Had a change of dates, unwilling to work with us even thought they had availability. Also could not get a return call back from the manager. Kept our money was the kicker! Horrible customer service and no common sense.”

“Our 2 connecting rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was good and there was a good variety of hot and cold food. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We especially enjoyed sitting by the outside fire pit. This hotel is conveniently located near food places and a Target. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.”

“there are hidden fees which is not small amount. in 1st floor the backyard is closed with wall therefore no windows in the back and only in the front. ”
