“Nice decor in the rooms”

“This place was amazing from check in to check out. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. I am so glad we did not stay downtown which is a complete nightmare of tourists. The views of the mountains on both sides from the courtyard were epic and the large jacuzzi's with powerful jets were just what we needed after our days in Teton. “This hotel is in a great location for skiing in Jackson. They need to get the little things right though. Coffee in the lobby should be a no-brainer. I also asked for a late checkout. They charge $50 an hour for late checkouts. I would prefer that they tell me that it's not available. Nickel and diming guests in a higher end hotel is a bit bizarre. Overall, hotel was clean with rooms that are well appointed.”

“The online version of the Anvil and the reality is totally opposite. The staff tried to make it sound like I had only been the only one complain but while I was there 3 other people had to come in to get towels because they said there weren't any in their room plus another couple had to keep their room door open for the smell to try and air it out. They acted insulted when people were complaining. Our room hadn't been touched since probably 1980 and smelled like it too. Window air...

“The front desk ladies Heidi and Katrina are very helpful and answers all our questions with a smile and joy. On the 29th moning we were leaving was extremely helpful and very caring to the me and my husband. She got up from her chair to help us. There ladies makes the stay wonderful. I have recommended another couple of my friends to stay Home Suites when they plan to visit yellow stone park.”

“This place is beutiful. The surroundings, the nature, the river, the fireplace, the smores welcome kit, the many amenities and the cozy atmosphere. We just spend one night but would've liked to stay more. Even the owner´s dogs are really nice and friendly.
