“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing from start to finish. The staff was friendly, but they were not knowledgeable when we asked basic questions about the hotel, which made it difficult to get the help we needed. The hallways throughout the hotel were extremely hot and uncomfortable, making it feel like the air conditioning wasn’t working properly in the common areas. To make matters worse, the shower curtain in our bathroom was moldy, which is simply unacceptable...

“The hotel is within walking distance of Town Square so that was nice. The main lobby closes overnight so if you need anything you have to go elsewhere. The room was clean and convenient to access. One of the hot tubs was broken and we got locked out of the pool/spa area because the key card system was down. Not sure it was worth the price per night but the staff was kind enough to help add an extra day for one of the members of my party who had to change flights last minute.”

“Top Mountain Resort. Perfekte Lage, man ist schnell zu Fuß im Ortskern oder bei den Sesselliften / Sommerattraktionen. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze und die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt. Vielleicht noch 2-3 Sonnenschirme mehr am Pool wären super, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Würden wieder hier übernachten.”
