“The staff was friendly and the room we booked was very large. However, it had damp carpet maybe from a recent cleaning and smelled musty. The bathroom fan was loud but uneffective after showering everything was wet and misty. There were beetles and earwigs on sheets and the sofa. When we mentioned it the staff said "I've heard that a lot". The wifi didn't work with the password we were given via text.
