"I had a heap of trouble getting into my room and then the WiFi password sent to me didn’t work, I was starting to get a bit frustrated having to stand outside my room for so long as i just wanted to enjoy the little time I had at this incredible hotel, but… every time I came to reception I was met with more and more wonderful team members. I couldn’t have got annoyed even if I had wanted to.
I can’t say enough about how great the team was. I was always greeted with the biggest of smiles and they went out of their way to rectify the issue.
I wish I could have stayed longer, I will be back for sure.
