“Good room clean and friendly staff”

“Nice hotel, great location. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good, although I would've enjoyed more meat options the first day, the last day they did have meat which helped with my kids appetites. The elevator was down most of the trip but we were on the second floor so it wasn't horrible. We would certainly stay here again during our next Phoenix trip.”

“객실이 청결하고 크기도 넉넉했어요. 아침식사가 정말 맛있었어요.”

“The staff were great, the room was nice, and breakfast was good. The location was great for airport access.”

“I stayed at your hotel for 4 nights, checking in on January 24, 2026. My reservation details are as follows: Confirmation Number: 73339312808215 Stay Dates: January 24 – January 28, 2026 Upon check-in, a $80 security deposit was charged to my card. Although there were no issues or additional charges during my stay and the checkout process was completed smoothly, the deposit amount has not been released or refunded yet. It's terrible. Please look into this matter and process the refund as soon as...

“very clean and friendly staffs”

“The rating is not a 9.2. They have no microwave or coffee maker in room. The shower head did not work. It is a fine place to stay if you just need a place to sleep and are gone all day!”

“The room condition wasn't bad, but it smelled terrible. I tried to open the window to air it out, but it was blocked and wouldn't open. Also, when I went to the front desk because my key card wasn't working, the staff were chatting unnecessarily with other guests for over 10 minutes and weren't paying attention to other customers. I don't think I'll ever come back. However, the price was cheap.”

“직원들이 친절하고 조식도 맛있었습니다.”
