“One of the highlights of our visit was the brunch — delicious food, fresh ingredients, and great presentation. “Everything was great except for my check in. The guy at the counter, Dillan, set me up on the 6th floor near the elevators (605). I explicitly voiced my concern about elevator noise, which he dismissed outright. Turns out I was not able to get the rest I needed due to the elevator noise as well as other mechanical noises coming from the roof. Very disappointing.
