“Awesome”

“I have used the Cherry Valley Lodge, now the Cherry Valley hotel for several years. The hotel must be suffering from the lack of capital as the parking lot, sidewalks desperately need work, there are plants, weeds, or small trees, growing in some of the gutters at the top of the roof. I am told that food service is not that great. At one time the food was quite good. I had breakfast there three times and the food was filling and it was buffet style so I can’t really share much about the food....

“Clean room”

“This was our first and last time at Great Wolf Lodge. We were new to the place was not prepared for all of the underlying charges. We used the gift shop to buy hair products and ended up with a Doordash charge 5 minutes afterwards. We did not use Doordash the entire trip. When speaking with the front desk they blamed us for being "careless." I am not fully discrediting GWL just don't be like us and think because it's family oriented, it's family caring!”

“Our room was clean and there were no issues. Grandsons had a ball at the waterpark, which was well staffed and well maintained. Breakfast was good. There are plenty of options and staff kept it well stocked. We were satisfied with it. Staff was great and the property was well maintained. If you want a resort experience, you can pay triple the amount and go to Kalahari or Great Wolf, and pay for breakfast. If you want a nice stay and a nice waterpark without breaking the bank, this is your place.”

“Clean, organized, comfortable, great location”

“Most of the staff was okay, not too friendly, like other Hotels. A few of the staff you can tell that they genuinely like people but some you can tell they were simply following protocol, no warmness to their greetings AT ALL. They did share that it was a Starbucks and breakfast in the am. Well....its not really a Starbucks...they just have 2 Starbucks coffee carafe. When checking in & going to room, there were visible and lots of crumbs by our door & in the hallway. The fridge leaked, but...
