“We tried to check in a bit early and were turned away. We had almost no hot water (barely warm showers) night and morning.... We inquired at night and were told it would be fixed. It was not. We wanted to watch some TV at night and cable in the whole hotel was out the entire time we were there. We had to go into town to watch the baseball game. It was clean but that was the only perk. Will never go back.”

“The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was very clean. My family and I had a great stay, the only complaint I have is the Hottub was broken, but that happens sometimes. Also, the mattress was very firm, but that's personal preference. All in all, fantastic experience and if I ever find myself in Caldwell again, we will be staying here.”
