"The resort actually was beautiful, but not Free Breakfast as advertised, and also I experienced an outage was pitch black , no water , no AC and nobody answered the phone."

"The elevator near our room was out of order. We did not use the amenities. Check in was great. Room was clean & spacious. Did not eat breakfast there. It could have been open a little longer. It was only available from 6-9am."

"I thought that most of the Irma in the room was dated. The shower head had a lot of hard water build up and didn't give much water pressure for my shower. I did like the shampoo,conditioner, and soap dispensers mounted in the shower. The mattress was hard as a rock and pretty worn out. When I laid down my feet were higher than my body. The breakfast was very good and well maintained. The pool, hot tub and exercise room were very nice."

"Our door card wouldn't work and we went down twice and still had to ask a staff members to open our door he couldn't either and had to use the master card. The room was good."

"Check-in is poor. No one is there. It's a remote lock and I had issues at check-in and the next day. There was a 30m wait to correct. The room was great. Clean. I'd recommend, but check-in may be an issue."
