“Pleasant experience. We arrived late evening, check in was easy and room was clean. No issues.”

“The manager was friendly and helpful. He tried to help with the wifi, but the wifi connection was very weak. The ice machine was shut down for maintenance. The room was fine, except that one outlet did not work. I just used a different outlet since there were plenty available in the room. The parking is rather odd, since the spaces in front of the rooms are not really large enough for a standard sized vehicle (like our minivan) to fit. “This was a good, easy stop unexpectedly after the Colorado wildfires meant a detour in our trip itinerary. It’s a well maintained building, very neat, looks to have newer renovations, and very comfortable beds. The only concern was our bathroom appeared to have had a leak from above at some point. Maybe replace the tub and get some new ceiling tiles. You can tell they tried to fix it. Other than that, we were pleased with our stay and the accommodations.”

“This is a unique property that embodies the tradition of the motor courts that were common along historic Route 66 in the 1930s and 1940s. The small individual cottages are lovingly restored and maintained. The bed is very comfortable and well appointed. And while the space is smaller than a modern hotel room, the experience of staying in one of these motor courts is well worth the affordable price.
