"Older property that has been updated/renovated so stylistically it's an old design but it looks mostly newer. Room was clean and AC worked well. Breakfast was somewhat limited but tasted ok. Staff was not overly friendly - could be a bit more positive."

"Great all around, valet was fast, they checked me in even though I was early. Location is the best on the beach… close to Ocean Dr."

"The room was very nice, however we had problems with booking right from the start . Our room was not ready upon arrival , everything closes super early even though the sign s and website state otherwise . The pool and water park are not close by . Also they charge you 35 a night to park your car and lots of hidden fees. "

"This is our second time staying here and we are already counting down the days to come back! It feels like pure luxury there! Wonderful and friendly staff, the perfect location to enjoy all activities and the views are the best. We cannot say enough about how much we love this hotel!"

"Our stay at Palmetto was nothing short of amazing! We had booked a reservation and didn’t know they had 2 properties, assuming they saw the disappointment when finding out we were across the street, the sweet lady at the front desk instantly informed us of an upgrade that not only was bigger, but was beachfront with an awesome balcony view. Of course we upgraded, & was so thankful for that decision! Every staff member we saw or come in contact with was so friendly & it wasn’t because the job required it. It was genuine! The cleanliness of the whole property amazed us! The parking was even great! The pool/hot tub was cleaned every morning, and the fact they have one indoor pool and one outdoor pool was very convenient! We are already booked for our next trip! Definitely recommend booking a reservation with this property!"

"Rooms were perfect, food was not the most affordable but much cheaper than at the parks. Staff was mostly great, I’d say half are very friendly the other half and kind of rude… But still helpful and overall fine."
