"I didnt use any of the services (laundry, gym, bar...) as I was busy working. Dont expect any luxury, but you get bed, washroom, shower...that is all i need."

"Great area to vacation. I can’t recommend Banff enough. The Caribou Lodge was good overall. The Keg in the Lodge was amazing. Unfortunately the suite, for which we paid extra, had several maintenance deficiencies that soured our experience. Upon checkout, the staff didn’t bother to ask about our experience or I would have let them know our concerns. Will likely stay elsewhere on our next visit. "
