"The pool wasn't working yet. The exercise room was set like a sauna i had to figure out how to turn on the air conditioner in the room. Pictures on site are different than the exercise room. But the room itself was great I booked a 2 queen bed and I got a king suite it wasn't what o booked but it worked for me. Bed was comfortable and the couch was comfortable. The fridge was big enough for our leftovers. It was a very nice peaceful stay."

"Well maintained hotel. Good value, comfortable rooms and clean bathrooms. Walkable to coffee, the river and historic area. Really enjoy staying here!"

"The room i stayed in was disgusting. There was some type of substance on the walls, headboards, curtains. The bathrooms were outdated and dirty, had someone elses hair in the shower. We stayed in the "A" wing. Ground level had a nasty smell and leaking ceiling tiles. The 9th floor was old and very outdated. We will not be staying here again for our monthly travels to kentucky. The lobby looks nice. The pool was cloudy, smelly, and had so much hair in it, we were only in the pool for 15 minutes till we decided to leave. Woke up with a sore throat the next day... read the google reviews before booking here. List them from review date not from best to worst. Made a mistake booking here. Especially since the breakfast wasnt included and they offer the same foods a free breakfast hotel has. Nothing special... the only good thing i can say about this hotel is the bed was soft. .. didnt like the sheets because they were torn."
