"Online they said it was a jucuzz and it wasn’t"

"The room was fine except the bathroom door would not close, the main door into room was so loud I had to get maintenance up there to grease the hinges. On the first morning breakfast the hash browns were so rubbery just couldn’t eat it, no regular creamer for the coffee. On the 2nd morning they had a sign where they kept the yogurt and regular milk that said “I’m sorry out of milk” really you knew you were out of milk before the breakfast time began, if your normal delivery didn’t come in, hello go to the store and get some, that morning several people were wanting cereal. I went up to the front desk and told the lady the issue, her words were “sorry” I said someone could have gone out to get some, her words were “only 2 people working and can’t leave” she didn’t care because her shift was over at 7:30 am, she was very rude and started complaining to the girl that was coming in for the day grabbed her purse and walked towards the door but not without looking over at me as if to say not my problem anymore. We don’t normally have any issues where we stay but won’t be staying there again"

"I enjoyed my family visit in lafayette. Only 2 suggestions entrance smells like a pool area large dose of chlorine and bed mattresses could be reviewed for better support. Loved the staff very friendly n helpful ! And amazing cookies! Of course! Thank you, Monique Guidry"
