"This is always a great place to stay. We love the location. It’s near all the places we need to go when in town. It’s small enough to get in and out easily. We have a little dog and he is very welcome. The staff is very friendly. "

"The room was freezing. The house part was being heated by the gas range being on both the oven and two top burners. Which I think is pretty illegal. Once I turned those off, I smelled gas so someone had to come out and check that the unit wasn't leaking. The instructions say that the house had heat all you had to do is turn it on that ended up not being true. I had to get a radiator from an empty room to use in my room and I had to leave for a few hours while the room warmed up. It was that freezing cold. when I came back from giving my room time to warm up, there was a young man trying to play video games in the living room and he had so many blankets on him and a mediocre radiator next to him. Try to keep warm. Not good."

"The room was clean, but the overall living space was not what I expected. The other rooms in the house were occupied upon my arrival. The shared spaces i.e. the kitchen and bathroom need to be updated. The house is an older style home, bathroom doors didn’t lock. Water took long to heat after multiple people used the shower. I had a reservation for three days…I didn’t stay one, I got a hotel room. "

"This property is not as advertised. The listing states a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom- entire apartment. However, this is 1 bedroom in a shared house. Me and my husband did not stay here, and we’re not refunded even though I expressed false advertisement. "
