The check-in process was ridiculous; there is no place to even drop off your luggage. Plus they insisted on making my daughter (who was trying to find parking) register as well? (We were in the same room.) and the fire alarm went off often while we were trying to sleep. Terrible

I enjoyed the bed, The customer service was pretty good. Our room key didn't work, so it was replaced multiple times. It finally got resolved. Breakfast was good.
