"I don't understand how this Coyote Mountain Lodge received such high ratings of "Excellent" in Expedia. I think it below average at best. The only good thing about the hotel is that it's cheap at $150/night, and you get what you pay for - no room service, really bad free breakfast, and a very uncomfortable cheap beds. The rooms are clean, and the shower water is hot, but the room did have a strange smell. The Expedia site pictures of this hotel is much nicer than reality!
If your just looking for a "cheap place" to sleep and don't care about any of the amenities typically offered by hotels - this is your place. But be warned, after along day of hiking, you may want a more comfortable bed to rest and recover in. The mattress was thin and too firm. I personally would not stay here a second time."
