“From David at reception and throughout our stay, great professional, courteous service. Good breakfast. Hospitality staff was helpful when needed. Rooms and amenities all as advertised. Highly recommend and will be returning as we travel through Richmond in the future, which we regularly plan.”

“This property is very old. The bathrooms are disgusting and the AC unit in our room didn’t work properly. We had to consistently get up throughout the night to get it to kick in. Rooms smelled bad, like it was a former smoking hotel. Plus side was good pillows. Will not stay there again.”

I will come back and stay here just for the breakfast when I'm in Richmond. This trip was for my son's swim meet, important to have a bathtub, not just a shower, and older facilities usually have tubs (thank goodness).
