"Nice, clean room for a reasonable price in downtown Richmond. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was a little bit of a problem since there was an event going on in the nearby convention center. The lots that the staff pointed us to were full and we had to find another one. Also, the restaurant was closed the day we checked in and they weren’t sure if it would be open for breakfast the next day. It turns out that it was but by time we got down there it had already stopped serving breakfast. But I recommend if all you need is a reasonably priced clean room in a convenient location, which was the case for us."

"Was satisfactory for the one night stay booked. Room had smell of illegal substance which gave question to cleanliness of the room. Staff was accommodating in attempt to rectify and was limited due to hotel being fully booked. Overall cleanliness of the hotel appeared good. "
