“The property was nice. Upon arrival I checked in and was given a room key. I go up to the room with my bags and open the door and see that the room is occupied. Luckily the occupants weren't in the room but I passed them as I was going back to the elevator. I was upset the hotel made it seem like it wasn't a big deal. Didn't try to apologize or anything. After a hour of waiting for a room booked a week prior we were finally able to start our vacation ”

“Overall, this hotel was great. The lady at the check-in desk was super friendly. The room was clean and up-to-date. Everything worked as it should. Great access to the beach and pier. It was nice to have parking on the premises but was pretty tight for our large Expedition. We were limited to the first two levels. This wasn't a problem this time of year, but would be during the busy season to find a spot we could fit. The biggest drawback were the slamming of doors. The doors on the rooms don't...
