They were not being extraordinarily loud but it was as though there wasn’t a wall between us. Stayed there so I could sleep before an early flight instead of driving in the morning. Horrible experience and would not go back. "

"The staff was beyond amazing! Never had a group of people be kinder and I was there with my 84 year old mother and 15 year old daughter! I felt terrible for the single man on parking this morning when he was trying to get 50+ cars out for an 8 am game. Hilton - I am an honors member and please staff better for Jefferson Cup - it is 4 weekends! Your staff deserves that support because you should be so proud of the job they do. By far me best Hilton yet!!!"
