“3 day stay, room was never cleaned! They the do not disturb sign was on the door, I told them not true. It’s has been laying on the desk the whole time we stayed there. I ask for a reduction in rate because I did get what I paid for. They told me they could not reduce the rate because I made my reservation with Expedia. They didn’t care about customer satisfaction. They gave me 2 little m&m treats, I’ll never stay at any of there locations again. I also believe that Expedia should STOP marketing...

“No outlet for a phone to plug in next to one side of the bed Frig freezer did not work Breakfast minimal protein”

“This is our third stay here and, as usual, the staff is super friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the amenities are nice. We do not gamble so we did not visit the casino portion of the resort.”

“Clean comfortable room right off the highway. Cute town with good restaurant. Fit our needs perfectly.”
