“Rooms are always nuce Breakfast is lacking. Coffee is not good…all choices taste the same. Gravy and eggs and sausage are never hot. I was sick all morning after eating a few bites of it. Parking good ”

“We chose this hotel due to the great reviews. We were visiting Springfield with our grandchildren. Pros: The price - Our stay was very affordable. The decor - Very fun, retro, tropical vibe Room placement - our room was very accessible to the pool and the breakfast area. Cons: Upon entering, the front desk staff did not welcome us in, but rather continued a conversation between themselves, not looking up at us. Not a good first impression. We had leftover pizza in our refrigerator and a box...

“Bathroom was gross, the toilet to be specific. The room smelled like cigarettes. I get it’s a casino hotel, but smelled like people were smoking in my room. To get checked in was horrendous. Huge traveling group. I get it, but no thought to queue up a second line for people not part of the group.”
