This is my second time staying at the Pasadena Hotel and Pool. I love the rooms and property using the pool both times. Ooh La La Cafe is a great start to a morning across the street. It’s located less than 1.5 miles from all the bars, restaurants, and shops. Would and will be staying here again.

Great location in a lovely setting - lots of cafe options. Room was nice and big. Beds are very small double beds and unfortunately we were placed in an adjoining room to a very noisy family (separate parties shouldn’t be placed in interconnecting rooms as noise is so loud!!

The Fridge was running hot the TV was not working and at checkout the person at the front desk didnt check me out and didnt want to give me my bill . He keep saying i get it later . I am used to check out and get a print out of my stay . I feel like this feels like they going to put anything they want on the bill . Why not check out a guest and give them the final bill . At this point i dont know if he really checked me out or what he did . I am not happy about that . I feel like if your guest comes to the desk at 3:00 am to check out they should check me out and give me a closed bill
