“Breakfast and Hospitality was so great. I loved every minute of it. The grounds were so nice, and the horses were a bonus. They were sweet.! The place was so peaceful. We loved Kris and Jim.”

“Absolutely wonderful resort. We stayed in the Boreas Pass Suite. The room was far more spacious and modern than expected with a huge, private deck that backed to the river (the entire resort is so well kept and manicured). The Snowmelt/Spa area was such a bonus and we had the Steam Sauna, Dry Sauna and Cold plunge all to ourselves, even on the busiest leaf-peeping weekend of the season (Friday, 9/25). “Nicest staff, very helpful, and enjoyable stay.”

“This place was definitely an unexpected gem! I loved it, and I didn't realize there was an extra bedroom, which came in clutch for my mom and I. I will come here again!”

“We stayed here as a middle point between family and an event we had up 285 North. The place was well-maintained, the staff was friendly, the hot breakfast was good, and the rooms were comfortable and had what we needed each day. There are many restaurants and a grocery store that are all within walking distance. We'll definitely stay here again when we're visiting family in Denver.”

“great atmosphere, family owned property and it showed. very clean and staff was very friendly!! We'll be back next year for our anniversary!! absolutely loved the owner and her family!!”

“Friendly staff, comfortable room”

“Overall enjoyed our stay there very much. Would stay here again.”

“My room was very comfortable and spacious. I loved having a sitting area to relax in.”

“Most hotels have a complimentary breakfast, this did not, which was unfortunate. The staff was friendly and helpful, the service was excellent. The room was pristine. A cookie is only offered to the Platinum or gold guests. That is also unfortunate. I'm going to the DoubleTree next week in Pittsburgh. I will be able to make my determination about future accommodations accordingly.”

“I think I was charged twice for this room. They could not find my Expedia reservation”
