This is a lovely property! Location is perfect! It is only 1 minute walk from Split Republic Square which is such a gorgeous space with lovely views of the sea and loads of nice restaurants. Before you even hit rge square, you have loads of other restaurants around and 2 mini-supermarkets and a bakery. In less than 5 minutes of walking, you are in the promenade with the amazing view! The apartment itself is so spacious, nicely decorated (minimalist), clean, well equiped. It has 2 air-conditioning units and 2 TVs (living room and bed room), It is also very secure with all access doors accessible by pin codes. Matea, the property manager, was so receptive and made us feel reassured. Split is a beautiful city! It is a very good base if you are thinking of travelling to Dubrovnik or Bosnia. All in all, it was a lovely holiday and staying in this property made it more special!

Precioso lugar

Ampliamente recomendable!!

Stayed here for a week and overall had an excellent stay. Great location with plenty of nice restaurants and shops near by. The place was spotlessly clean and had all the things we needed. Communication with the owners was no problem at all. Would definitely book agian if coming back to split. Love Croatia and the people 👍

We had a such a great time here. The location was perfect - easy to walk to the city center, but far enough away for it to be very quiet in the evening. The shutters make for complete darkness in the morning which was great for our baby to get extra sleep. The codes for security and keyless entry into the building was great.

Good but could be better

It was a very nice place, but I think a apartment should have a kitchenette and a separate bedroom from the lounge.

Lovely large apartment with stone architecture in private and secure area. All facilities available and host always available to answer questions by WhatsApp. The only downside was that the stove didn’t seem to work and the entrance to the shower was elevated and so difficult to enter.

This was our first time in Split and the apartments are ideally located in the old town away from the main tourist areas of the city. We booked a transfer through the accommodation and gained some really helpful local insight from Leon who even delivered our luggage directly to the apartment. The property is clean, well maintained and the host is always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions. Would more than happily stay here again and would highly recommend this accommodation and its location if you are looking for somewhere a little quieter in Split. Also, spend some time wandering around the local streets and alleyways as there are a plethora of restaurants and bars.
