Fabulous Stay

Great location. Close proximity to Old Town and all the great Restaurants and Bars. Far enough away to be quiet and comfortable. Room was beautiful and well appoointed.

Central Europe Tour

The Villa is very contemporary which suits our taste. Very clean & bedsheets are smooth & not irritating to my skin. Good number of shampoo, conditioner & body lotion. Very secured premises. The staff assistance are very helpful. The parking lot which we wanted for safety is so close to walk from our room & the staff assisted us up to the parking lot exit. Very efficient staff.

Basic, budget property.

Property entrance was not super obvious. There is a back door you use to enter the building. You can also access the property from the garage. Julija was very helpful in helping us get to the property and showed us around. Although the service was satisfying, I personally will not stay at a property without common areas again. There is a reason why they only show pictures of the room and location, but no exterior and interior of the building. It looks to us like they just own one floor of this building (not sure what the rest was). We're not used to this type of set-up. If you can pay more, maybe don't try to save the money and stay somewhere else instead. If you have a rather tight budget, this property have the basics to meet your needs. It is in a great location though, walking distance to Riva promenade - close enough to things but far enough from loud areas.

What a wonderful home away from home in Split! Perfect location, incredibly generous size, clean, parking on site. We arrived late, and Julia was just so warm and accommodating and generous and friendly. She is a gem. What a delightful stay!

Lovely little hotel!

This is a wonderful little hotel, situated a stones throw from the old town in Split. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again if we ever found ourselves back in Split for a few days!
