Secondly, I sent a special request that we be able to have a room near the entrance and without stairs since we were there for my husband to have double eye surgery. No one ever contacted me to tell me that we may have to park in a parking garage and then walk to the hotel or tell me the only way to get to our room was up a flight of stairs. ...
