“The Best Hotel of this year so far”

“Parking not the best and not enough towels. Tissue used via previous guest should be discarded.”

“Traveling as a couple to attend nearby events. We could have not picked a better place to stay. Excellent staff, and area was nice and clean and quiet. Room was great, nice and clean. and forgot to mention lobby was very spacious. Would definitely stay here again the future, and recommend it to anyone.”

“Great staff and location. Would stay again”

“The staff we dealt with was very helpful and kind, no issues there. The room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. Our only complaint was that the elevator was atrocious. It moved very slow, made strange sounds, the door would get stuck at times and my boyfriend actually got stuck in the elevator for about 10 min before luckily being able to get out thanks to the door finally opening. The person on staff made it seem like the elevator has issues a lot when I went and told them about it, which...

“We walked in, immediately saw a cockroach in the room, and all the furniture looked dirty. Left after the first night, front desk didn’t really seem to care. Expedia was very helpful and was able to give us a refund though. Would not recommend staying here to anyone.”

“Elevator was slow or maybe one of two was not working”

“Very nice stay.”

“Nice clean room, everything in order. Great rate for the accommodations. A lot or freeway noise if that bothers you,”

“Great stay! Only down part is the breakfast was all prepackaged items but still a breakfast, just coffee as a beverage for breakfast. Other than that if it's a comfortable stay you're looking for then this is a great spot.”

“Room was in rough shape. Material was falling off the ceiling, BUT, bed was comfortable, room was cold and we like that to sleep. The staff was exceptional! My wife had a stomach ache at 1130 at night. I went to the lobby to see if they had anything. The owner went to his own suite and returned with several options! I’ll stay here again! The price is right!”

“Good”

“This hotel is not the hotel that I saw in the pics. Are room looked nothing like what the pictures showed, the restroom had a tub and not a walk in shower. The breakfast pic they have, yeah that’s not it AT ALL. Also, my shower water was either boiling hot or warm but with extremely low water pressure. They did not accommodate because the manager said he was all sold out for the night. We were just disappointed because we didn’t get what we paid for. AT ALL. The place was clean but it’s not what...

“Really unique stay perfectly situated to enjoy all the charm of Old Town Spring.”
