โHotel was right down the street from MGM. Perfect place to stay if going to the casino. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Be mindful of area events and that a lot of people who stay at casino do come here after. It was loud at 2-4am with music and constant people in hallway. Didn't sleep good because of this. Not fault of hotel just the location and people coming from where ever they were for the night. You are in the city. โ
โI don't recommend this hotel. Arriving around 19:30, which was not outrageously late, the room we were assigned was a room accessible for the handicapped. The problem was that the staff did not give any account of this before we found it out with all the luggage in front of the door. The floor plan of the room is a little different, which was not really convenient for us. Asking for the change, the first thing the same personnel told me was that we had already used the room so it was "dirty",...
โThe staff was kind, inviting and prompt. Breakfast has quite a large variety, compared to othere nearby hotels. Omelette and oatmeal was especially good! The bathroom and kitchen were well eqipped. Holyyoke mall, Target, and Bestbuy are located in 5 less than 5 minute drive.
Nice place to stay again!โ
