Nice, clean room. Laundry inside room and small kitchenette was excellent. Front desk provided laundry/dish soap- nice touch. Quiet, pretty area just between palm coast and jax. 30 min to all bed was comfy- wish they were different pillow types. They were to high for my neck. Could hear neighbor threw the wall but not bad. The office staff were quick to respond to a broken oven since we were cooking our meal in the condo. The golf courses in and around the area are awesome. The pool, hot tub, gym and tennis/pickle ball courts were fantastic. It’s a great spot to come to.

Our third stay at Bluegreen and it was the best. We had a very nice room in the corner and top floor, Room 250 in building 2. Very nice and quiet. The room suite was very clean and well maintained. The kitchenette was totally equipped for cooking whenever you desired. They seem to be taking care of the property better than before. And if you are golfer it is one of the best places to stay in the area. And now you have a Costco and a Bucees in the entrance.

Bad location abandoned Hall of Fame scary at night

Awful location was unaware world of golf village is completely abandoned had to drive 15 miles to souvenir shops, bealls or restaurants etc. world golf hall of fame gone to NC very sad businesses all gone. Beds are full size not queen we should’ve paid more attention to details would not return, hidden resort fees, way overpriced we left day early of course we couldn’t get reimbursed although we asked. Staff was great efficient!

Jenna at the front desk was completely rude and dismissive upon every dealing with her. She should NOT be in customer service. The overall room was good, but our feet were completely black within minutes of walking into room.

Room was clean, kitchen was stocked, we had everything we needed without having to disturb staff or be disturbed. We came over Mother’s Day weekend and it was very chaotic. The lobby had a disgruntled customer who came in early to get her room key and had to wait four hours until check in. She made a scene and was very loud complaining about how she wasn’t being catered to fast enough. Jenna assisted me during check in and was balancing the lobby full of other customers the disgruntled customer and me. She was friendly, worked efficiently and tried hard to accommodate the complaint while checking me in. She did a great job. Check out was easy and quiet due to our check out time.
