"Watch for double charges on your card, no pool towels, unhelpful staff, and they say your feedback is important but good luck getting ahold of anyone. Definitely don’t recommend for families, it’s unfortunate cause great location. Room was dirty and had toe nails next to the bed. A/c was loud and leaking. It’s overpriced and doesn’t feel safe. Poor lighting and intoxicated guests walking around with drinks. Never have I felt the need to leave a bad review on a hotel but they really missed the mark. "

"Check in was quick with pre check in. Room was clean. It was a bit noisy outside. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Check out was quick. Staff was welcoming."

"I called to confirm an early check in and this request was able to be accommadated which is awesome, but when I arrived at the front desk and said I was checking in the response was, "Well we'll see about that",which I thought was rude. Dog came home with fleas so obviously I'm less than impressed with that."

"I indicated that I booked a room for myself and I was asked more than once by the woman at the front desk if I had pets. I denied having pets but I was given the middle of the three rooms directly above the office just to make sure. I observed activity that consistently mirrored my movements and sounds in all hours of the night. It’s like these people retaliated with sounds of their own like I’m the one who chose to sleep above where they clearly live full time. If you want to feel like you might be being watched but definitely monitored, stay in that room. They’ll make intentional sounds that’ll sound like someone is behind the fridge in the kitchenette. It’s creepy as hell and does not honor any reasonable expectation of privacy so I made it a point to make it just as bad of an experience for them. I stayed up all night and made it extra weird for these control freaks. I’d stay there again just to look these people in the face and challenge them to put me above them again or to make me feel like my privacy was breached again."
