"I originally thought I had booked my room on this sight but when I got there they didn’t have my booking - totally my fault. The lady at the front desk told me they did not have the room I was after, until I showed her that it showed available on this app. She then said she’d have to clean it. I found it odd that the front desk person had to clean the room but she did I guess. I could only assume that the sheets and bedding were changed and the surfaces were wiped. "Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! A huge thank you to the front desk representative for the complimentary room upgrade—it made our visit even more special and was such a thoughtful gesture. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. The outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and spotless accommodations truly exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!"

"everything was great except for housekeeping which for some reason did not want to service my room (and it was not messy) but I was there for a week and despite calls, never changed the sheets?! and never left facecloths and didn't refill the toileteries, the little pot with cotton buds etc was open and used from the last guest. Truly bizarre, i did talk to the manager when I left and they said they would reach out but not heard anything yet."

"The hotel was in a great location in Chelsea. We ate dinner at a local restaurant, caught the water taxi, which was a very short walk away, and got something snacks at the small market across the street. The downside was we couldn’t figure out the a/c, and we couldn’t leave the windows cracked open because of the street noise. There weren’t many place to put things - a small wardrobe, no hooks in the bathroom. The lighting was very dim, even in the bathroom mirror light they did provide a magnifying lighted mirror which made putting on makeup a little easier. Their breakfast was a little expensive, but we did have dinner in their restaurant one night and were pleased. All in all everything was satisfactory."
