"It’s a great setup, excellent location to everything we need. I wish they would invest in the upkeep of gym equipment, spa, and pool furniture - but the cost was reasonable so at least they’re not over charging."

"Took my reservation for June 3, 2026 to arrive at 2:00 pm, did not arrive until 9:00 pm, once there did not have room ready. Waited an hour, finally a room, with no television no lock on the door mold in the shower, and the staff talked to me like I did something wrong. Take them off your list they are running a hot sheet inn, turning over room every few hours"

"We arrived around 11ish pm that night. The front desk lady was not helpful and very rude. We reserved the room like two months ahead of time for funeral home visit. When we got there, the front desk lady said she has no room for us. Only room available for two beds is one with the broken fire alarm and one with king bed. I asking her if they overbooked us since our reservation was two months ago for two room with two beds. She said she doesn't know, she clocked in her shift and already been crazy to her. She told us that either we take the room and try to fix the alarm ourselves or no room. We have no choice but to stay the night because have no where to go to since it's almost might night plus this is our first time there and we don't know the areas well. We ended up check out the next morning because the alarm beeping all night and my room was smell cigarettes from the neighbors. I have always been good customer with this hotel, but this one has been one of the most bad experiences."

"The room itself has everything your would want for a great price. fridge, microwave, blow dryer. Some of the fixtures were outdated, and a couple outlets didn't work. But the water pressure in the shower was great, and the ac unit got cold really fast which I appreciated. Definitely needed a deeper clean in the bathrooms, the walls had some suspicious residue on them, but it was well stocked with tp. Ice machine, worked, and the pool was nice. I got a double bed with 2 beds, and one was hard as rocks and the other was slightly softer. There was some sketchy guests around, but overall it was a good stay."
