I enjoyed my stay here, quiet and clean hotel. Comfortable beds. The only thing I wish is that the fan stayed on all night but it cuts in and out for heat. I prefer the ones that just constantly run.

Good Choice
We had the pleasure of staying at this great hotel once again. The hotel is very nice with a wonderful, helpful and pleasant staff. The hotel is in a great location near to downtown. Parking is included which is not always the case in downtown St. John's. We stayed on the street side (it's advertised as city view but not really) this time and it was a bit noisy earlier on but quickly quieted down. We would not hesitate on returning to this hotel in the future.

Very friendly. Helpful staff everywhere. Dining was light but options within walking distance. Great place stayed on my own for five night felt safe. Good recommendations of staff.

Loved the location on the harbour and the view. We really wish it had a buffet breakfast and coffee in the lobby. We loved it’s location and the staff treated us like family. We would stay there again.

Lovely getaway
The hotel is great, perfect location, complimentary parking lot is a real bonus and the staff are lovely so friendly and helpful. Jennifer in the restaurant is a wonderful lady and the food is great. Very accommodating to adjust meals for food allergies with vegan options. Lots of options for other restaurants and not far from all the shopping on Water Street.

A bit dated but generally comfortable. Units on the harbour wing smell damp compared to rooms on other wing.
