Overall a great stay. Really, really liked having the ticket office with help in planning the events we attended. Jossie was efficient and well informed. Carpets seemed old which made them look dirty.

The room was quite large, clean and quiet. Close to the interstate for traveling. The bed was too hard for me. The waffles for breakfast were the best.

Breakfast is always good and the facility is always clean. The room was nice and clean. TV is a bit small, but worked fine. The guy who checked us in at the desk wasn’t super friendly, but the girl who was at the desk at checkout was very nice. Overall a very good stay.

Very positive experience. Clean room with everything functioning. The room was a bit small with two queen beds but for just the two of us, it was fine. Very enjoyable breakfast. Staff were very helpful and respectful. All in all, a very good place to stay and a good value for the money.

Nice clean hotel with comfortable beds. Only a 10 minute or so drive to Hamilton’s Missouri Star Quilt shops, and about 35 minutes to the Pony Express Museum. When we come back to the area, we will book our stay here again.

Quick overnight stop
Stopped here on a return trip from NM back to MN. Arrived late but able to take a quick look around. The hotel was very clean. Desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Nice pool/hot tub area. Comfortable beds. Nice hot breakfast. Would stay here again

A nice, clean motel with well-appointed rooms and a nice breakfast. What I didn't like was that I thought I was booking a hotel close to St. Joseph, MO. This one came up on Expedia and I booked it. I only realized later that it was 30 miles away.

Would stay again!
Very nice comfortable stay. I always look for a hot tub, and this hotel hot tub was clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was great! Great hotel for the price.

Check in was simple and direct. The only thoughts would be incorporate a few long parking spaces for vehicles that are towing a trailer and keep the smoking section about 25 feet away from the main door. Staff was friendly and helpful. No space to place clothing that wasn't hung up. Clean rooms

The ac work in the room but soon as you turned on heat it smelt like it was burning the pool area had orange yellow stuff coming down the walls that look like it’s almost water damaged to get to the top of the water slide isn’t very easy to get up for adults breakfast wasn’t that good it was almost cold honestly would like my money back

The parking lot and entrance right by the doorway was torn up! The concrete was demolished by heavy machinery, set in piles, and probably doesn’t meet ADA access or safety specifications. It was dangerous, not just an eyesore. I will never be back to this location.
