"The check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean. The AC was not overly loud and kept the room the temperature we chose. The free breakfast was okay, but nothing to write home about. Overall the stay was very good and what one should expect for the price. Sadly what used to be the norm is now the exception for mid-priced hotel/motels."

That's a good thing about the trip the bad thing is it's so out of shape and outdated from years and years and years of where your website says you have room service which you don't it says you have an inside restaurant but it doesn't say the prices are ridiculous like a $22 hamburger. We're just old country folks old 73 years old and not rich and we think we wasted the 427 completely we were very unsatisfied the couch was hard as a rock you couldn't I mean to sit on it was very uncomfortable you had to lay in your bed and watch TV if you want to do that and that was okay except none of the remotes work no closed caption for the hearing impaired. So I am 100% on satisfied very 100% unsatisfied with the hotel. They had not the Bell hop they had to get a maintenance guy to help us with our luggage because we're 73 years old one elevator broke down so you got one elevator for the building so it took us 20 minutes to get on an elevator and then we checked out we had to actually go through the service elevator because we couldn't get on an elevator kept coming up and down full of people. We're not happy we will never stay there again I just wish I could get my money back"

"The staff were very friendly and professional. Plenty of parking spaces and there is underground parking that saved our vehicle from a bad storm with hail. Great location close to all kind of shops and food places. The suite is spacious with microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine. Definitely will stay there again if in the area."

"We were put in a room straight across the hall from the breakfast area. Breakfast was not until 7am but the beeper on the waffle iron was going off way before 7am. People were allowed to sit in the breakfast area after quite time in the evening and were loudly visiting. Glad we are now home so we can get some sleep. I have to say the place was clean and no bad odors, but the room that I saw on the internet had a recliner and a large fridge. Since we were going to be there for 4 nights that would have been great, but we didn't get that."
