"Reserved this hotel because it was the only one available. The ONLY thing nice about this hotel are the staff. Lobby is dirty. The elevator stinks. The tv had SIX channels. The shower has 3 modes: off, scalding hot or freezing cold. The beds and pillows were horrible. There was a loud noise about every 5 mins - at first we thought was thunder…but soon realized it was *something* in the hotel. Not sure what is was, but we’ll just say, we slept about 30 mins that night. We will make the 5 hour drive home before we ever stay here again!"

"It’s about 2 steps above an hourly motel. Most of the occupants looked like individuals just getting by… with all their belongings in their vehicles and in front of the motel doors. I had to sign additional forms regarding deep fat fryers, cooking supplies, pets and daily inspections. The room we stayed in was just renovated and was nice and comfortable but they were out of soap so they gave us shampoo to wash our hands. They tried…and everything else was sold out in the area because of graduation from the university which is why we were in the area."

"We came for a university of Idaho graduation and the staff was so kind and welcoming. Our large group met in the lobby several times over the weekend to quickly eat or manage the next group activity. The staff was always so welcoming."

"Loved everything about it but stayed in the seaport side didn't have an elevator and I have a bad leg and ankle and can't hardly walk. But when the manager saw me he took the luggage to my room. Ty for that"

"Breakfast is pretty standard, waffles, yogurt, muffins, sausage and eggs. Coffee was great. My room was a handicap room and in rough shape. Something splattered on the wall by the bed, big stains on carpet and chair, deadbolt didn’t lock and toilet ran all night. It’s not the worst place I have ever slept in. Needs some work"
