โThis is the rare 5-star B&B that actually earns its rating. The house is a beautiful, art filled home where attention is paid to every detail. The host and hostess are lovely and their entire focus is on making their guests' stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. โOur stay was excellent, room was decorated beautifully in a vintage eclectic style and very spotlessly clean. Great position, walking distance to town, old town and beach. Lovely food in pub and great 50's band. We would definitely stay here again snd highly recommend it. The perfect comfortable stay.โ
โThe hotel was going through a external facelift...from the completed section it will look super when it's all done. The interior is historic and very attractive. Our room was massive and had a marvellous sea view. Very clean and comfortable.โ

โI only needed it for one night business. The host was friendly and the price was very reasonable considering it had its own ensuite. It's a little out if the centre but only 15mins walk from St Leonard train station. โ

โLocation is just in front of the see. The most impressive thing was very nice owner and receptionist. They helped us to meet my friend in Hastings, and it was very helpful. And the room was clean. I could see the beautiful sea in the morning.โ
โClose to everything! Easy walking distance from the train station, minutes from the town centre and beach. My daughter and I have stayed here twice now and we had the same twin room, which is perfect to crash after crazy golf, fun in the sea, shopping and dining! The receptionist was nice and polite, and although we didnโt eat or drink at the hotel I could see a good selection of beverages behind the bar, and the breakfast room looked nice. For the price, this is a great option for a budget...

โThe whole place is a lovely old 1900's building. Lots of memorabilia. We had a small room which was very clean and cosy. Food was excellent. Staff very attentive. Would recommend staying here.โ
โLovely and quiet location with comfortable, clean rooms, a good breakfast and with safe parking. The country house is just off the A21 within an easy drive from Hastings and St. Leonards. I would be happy to stay there again. โ
