Overall wasnt a bad stay, it was clean, close to the area I needed to go. However, the lights to the bathroom were automatic and went off periodically throughout the night so it was not great to sleep. No matter how many times you turned them off about 15 minutes later they were back on. No fridge either in the room. And breakfast was a big joke, nothing out except some orange juice. At least check in and out was super easy and the staff was nice, the beds and pillows too were comfy. Good place to stay if you just need a place to rest for the night but the light situation really made me think negatively

There wasn't enough breakfast in the morning and no staff members were available to tell people what's going on. Clients were standing in the breakfast area with no information about breakfast .

I didnt like the fact they didnt have a mini fridge. I thought that was common thing but i guess not. The breakfast wasnt very good either. Ive been to places that are cheaper and have at least ceral.

Area is so sketchy, you have a sign in the parking lot that says you park at your own risk! And they aren’t responsible for anything stolen! Breakfast is super limited cant find anything other than muffins ! Heard someone at the middle of the night drunk tried to open the room door by mistake maybe. No refrigerator no microwave in the room , shampoo bottle was empty.

The free breakfast was lacking, to say the least. Coffee and hot water. There was no reason to have hot wat because there was not tea bags or oatmeal packets. There were frozen breakfast sandwiches and a microwave. However, there were no instructions how to heat them. When i arrived to the bar for breakfsst, it was empty, devoid of everything except two apples! I had to get some to restock the breakfast bar. There were other sweet items, like muffins, but no yogurts. But you cant complaon too much, since the nightly price i paid was cheap. I had to ask for another set of towels. You'd think if you have a double queen room there would be four sets of towels, cups and coffee. But they are not setup to hang that many towels. Oh well.

Rooms were really nice, was in town to see the solar eclipse, just needed a place to sleep, beds were nice and comfortable. TV guide was on a different time than the TV, so just had to channel surf to find something to fall asleep to. The continental breakfast left a bit to be desired, some cold pastries, and a frozen sandwich you could microwave, it was something to eat so in the end it was all I really needed to get my day going for my trek south for the eclipse. Would stay again if in town for a short trip like that again.

The staff is amazing. The woman in the evening was so friendly and gave great recommendations. The beds were comfortable and rooms clean and well designed. I would recommend for families and fun.

Rooms not well cleaned (hair in shower, dirt, debris, and hair behind bathroom door - visible to anyone after the bathroom door is closed), breakfast bar was a joke (no selection, no hot food other than putting a packaged sausage biscuit in microwave, no milk, no cereal, no coffee, no juice, no fruit - as stated, it was a poor attempt at filling the advertised breakfast).

The lady in the light blue shirt who helped me last night was amazing! I appreciate all you did for me! The room was clean and comfortable. It was pretty loud in the passage till around 11pm, whch was a little annoying as I had to get up at 2:30am and was desperately trying to sleep as I had been up since 4am that morning. The staff was all so kind, and acomidating. Made me want to come back. The room was beautiful, the beds was incredibly comfortable. Everything was very comfortable. The one glitch,the wetness of the carpet in the room was not pleasant. And it remained wet the entire stay.I will absolutely return for future stays. Ps Hank was my favorite

First and foremost if you want to smell marijuana constantly this place is for you. They stand outside the door and smoke. The whole lobby smells of it. 1. Breakfast is not included. Breakfast was a wrapped muffin at the front desk. 2. They do not have housekeeping the room was not clean in between days. We stayed 2 nights. 3. NO VENDING or drink options for stay 4. No refrigerator or microwave in rooms. Was highly dissatisfied with the location for the amount of money I paid.

The property was conveniently, located to the airport, and the rental car pick up and drop off. The rooms are clean. However, they do smell like old smoking rooms. Or at least the one I stayed at did.

Filthy hotel except for the bed
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Needed a place to stay after flying in late. The whole place was filthy, from the room to the elevators to the lobby. No one obviously looks too closely when cleaning. I wiped everything off in the room and wore shoes at all times.

I dont know who were they but front of the main they were talking so loud.dancing with very dirty looks. They charge more than 100 dollars but front desk lady was rude. Rooms nice and clean but people need more customer servuce training

The tub had body hair and a used was rag in it. The toilet had Urine around the bottom of it the rugs were dirty and hadn't been swept the tables were dirty. We couldn't find any staff to help us. Terrible stay

The hotel overbooked and we were not notified that our room request for a king bed had changed to a double. We asked for a late checkout and was informed it could not be granted, because they needed to get ready for customers on Monday.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with our stay! Bed & pillows were super comfortable and everything was aooo clean from the entrance to our room! The only thing is that due to the nature of our trip, we were looking forward to the continental breakfast but everything was gone by 8, there was o oh coffee left.

I enjoyed my stay! This is the cutest hotel. I used it as my office and extended my stay. Tia at the front desk was very professional and my particular housekeeper, kept complementing me, whom I can't remember her name because I waited too long to do this review. Anyway she was AMAZING!!! Charge it to my head and not my heart. The manager said she was his best and I believe it! The bed was cozy shower had a massager and water gets hot, love that. Nice tv nice view, desk and internet. My only resevations were no restaurant inside for breakfast. With it being New Years it would have been nice to have a caterer. Lastly I never received any of my deposits back and I rebooked 5 times thats $250 in deposits that I haven't seen. I was allowing some time. Thank you!
