"Clean all over, room was comfy and looked new, restaurant was great for late dinner, so close to airport, slept like a baby and no stress the next morning making my flight! Highly recommend and will stay there every time I visit Dublin/Ireland."

"This hotel is a newer one and nicely decorated. They don’t provide washcloths, which is something I knew to expect at many European hotels.the breakfast was good with a lot of options. My main issue was the hotel had super thick pillows. I had 6 different pillows in my room and they were all the same super thick and firm style. Thick pillows are great if you want to read in bed or are a back sleeper, but they kill your neck if you are a side or stomach sleeper. I couldn’t sleep at all the first night. For the second night I took a pillow out its case and put a towel inside it. I asked the front desk if they had any other pillows and they didn’t. It seemed like they had had some complaints from others about the thickness. All rooms have the same style. I wish hotels would add a bit of variety to the pillows or have a closet where you can swap out a pillow if it is too thick or thin. "

"Such a slice of paradise! Even for non-golfers the beach setting is stunning. We enjoyed the restaurant and pub (great staff) and our room was so spacious."

"Had a great stay at Clondarf Castle! Stayed the night to celebrate our engagement, and got upgraded to a junior suite! All the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was terrific! Would 100% come back in the future."

"Malahide Guest Rooms were a pleasure to visit. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet, with the location only 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. Our host Tia was also lovely: friendly, funny and full of information about where to go and what to see. Over the years, we’ve been lucky enough to stay in some great places, and this was right up there with the best of them. Highly recommended. "

"Lovely friendly welcome, great large room with a beautiful view. Had an evening drink in the garden and a walk along the beach (accessed directly from the end of the hotels garden) which was lovely. A great change to city centre hotels. Didn’t eat there as a quick stopover but from what I experienced I do recommend."
