We enjoyed our stay at this quaint inn. Very close walk to the beach and Kimie was beyond accommodating with our travel plans and super friendly. There is a lot to do in a short vicinity. We’ll be back!

We love staying at arvilla sad to see that they will be knocking it down to make room for condos . Arvilla was always our go to resort reasonably priced and always friendly staff. We will miss u arvilla!!!

My stay was not bad at all. Yes, it's not a Hilton, but it was great. I felt like I was staying in an apartment. I loved that we had room to walk around in. No bad smell. My room was clean, and overall my stay was good. I would definitely go back to stay again. Great Pricing and not far from stuff.

First time booking studio to see how the room is. It’s kind of small for me. I wanted to see more option and staff was very helpful. She showed me other 3 rooms also showed me the places for fun, eat, picture… Got email every day checking if I need anything or clean towels. Staff always around if you need them they take care in a minute. My husband and I definitely come back to Oasis again.

First, I want to mention that the manager on duty when I arrived was very accommodating and helpful. She seemed like a one-woman show. This review doesn't reflect on her, but the room was not clean. The silverware in the drawer was dirty, the air conditioner indicated the filter needed cleaning, and the coffee pot needed descaling. The only positive was that the bed was clean, and I slept well. I suppose you get what you pay for. The location was very convenient, within walking distance to everything. However, when I arrived, I noticed guests arguing, and it was evident that some people live here, which is understandable if that's all they can afford. Still, I likely will not stay here again.

The room we had was separate from the main part of the hotel and was very quiet and easy to access. The property was very close to the beach, across the street. The coffee pot did not have the proper adapter for the k-cups, so we could only use it for hot water, which worked fine for us. I would definitely pick this place again.
