“Rooms were very clean and provided all things needed for our stay. Kitchen was fully functional and well equipped. Only negative thing I would say is the cost of beach chairs and umbrella everyday. I feel there should be a better way to include them in the cost of our stay. ”

“The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For a regular standard room it was above expectation. The beds were very comfortable. Loved that the hotel did not nickel and dime us for every amenity. Free bottled water, free beach chairs as well as beach towels. Would definitely recommend and stay again. ”

“Do not let pictures fool you. The pool was dirty and discusting. Two of my grandchildren got infections from the pool, a double ear infection and a urinary tract infection. The hotel was never occupied by any staff so therefor the hotel was not maintained. There was trash that would pile up, the pool area was never cleaned. Because of this, there were rats. After we notified the office which was a block away about the pool, it was shut down for 2 days while they had a company to clean it. ...

“Air condition in the bedroom was very loud. Place was not very clean. Bathroom was poor. Pool area was dirty most of the time we were there. People were smoking. One cigarette smoking was on oxygen. Probably wont stay there again”

“Check in was hour late. Our air conditioner stopped working on day 3. On day five they said maintenance was in and it could not be fixed. Offered to give us a new room but I did not want to pack everything up and move with only a couple days left of our vacation. Beach front was nice. Nice having laundry in room but washing machine is loud. Happy with beds and bathrooms. Rooms were clean.”

“Four chairs and a small table on the balcony overlooking the ocean made the visit restful. Stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bath on the 5th floor. The kitchen had all the dishes and pans we needed. Used the brand new grills the building provided to cook the fish we caught. Elevator and stairs to use, and an assigned parking space made it easy. The pool and hot tub on site looked clean, and there were folks in there enjoying themselves. Paved walking path out front of the building, clean and...

“The Publix full grocery store is just down the street a few minutes walk. I love the assigned parking space that comes with the unit - no looking for an open space when you go out. ”

“Clean room, plenty of parking. Very nice staff. Only problem we had was at the rooftop bar. The bartender was talking to her boyfriend the entire time we were there. When we got ready to check out, she gave us a handwritten bill, and then told us she could not give us a receipt. ”

“This is a family-owned business, and they truly strive to make everything just right for your stay! It is a small resort motel, so don't expect all the amenities of a larger one. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The beach was beautiful, and the people who stay there are friendly! I highly recommend this place for any couple or family who wants a fun beach vacation without breaking the bank!”

“Property was clean and check in process at alternate location was quick and easy! Stayed on the fifth floor on the end. Balcony was amazing with sun around the clock and beautiful views! Easy walk to the beach. This unit seemed recently redone which was nice. Towels and sheets must’ve just come from the packaging. Didn’t utilize the pool due to weather we had but many did. Convenient parking onsite. ”

“The property is pretty, the view is amazing, I didn’t like that the kitchen cookware was extremely low quality (goodwill have better frying pan) no towel at the pool, they change resorts fee, but never a single towel to use, the price for room Was high, the free shuttle to beach was a joke, but overall the hotel was nice but I won’t stay again. To pricey for they offer.”
