"This is an older hotel; and offers a full kitchen. The bedding and linens are very basic (Dollar store quality), nothing like a modern hotel. The location is spot on; you can easily walk across the street to the beach. The beach is quieter than the section near the bigger hotels in St. Pete; we enjoyed it. I would recommend this location, just bring your own towels. "

"Charming little home, 30 second walk to the beach, well stocked, comfortable... Clean, with the exception of the 'Palmetto Bug', aka cockroach on the kitchen floor at 3AM, which was the size of a small car... The cash 'cleaning fee' that I was charged after I arrived wasn't fun either, though I was told via email in advance I would be. Can't say I agree with this practice, felt like I was being robbed..."
