Clearwater Beach Sheraton Resort on Sand Key

"The resort was great. Hate that I paid for a room for a week and had to also pay for parking. Always trying to get more money out of people who already are giving trust and money into somewhere for a week. Also our tv in the room had some major sound issues one min you could not hear then the next it was so load. But in all we had a great week and enjoyed much needed rest and sunshine"

"Great location and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently situated and the employees were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. However, the overall upkeep of the property could use improvement. The bed sheets had noticeable stains, and the bathroom did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. Some areas of the room also showed signs of wear and could benefit from better maintenance and attention to detail. With improved housekeeping and property upkeep, this hotel could provide a much better guest experience."

"Room was clean although older. Our room had an odor that we couldn't figure out. May just have been from the hurricane water damage. Pool was nice, but would have been better heated. Limited menu at Jimmy B's. Hope they expand that. All in all, I'd stay there again. Beach was nice, and chairs and umbrellas were great to have. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Place could use a little sprucing up, (beautiful fountain not working, fencing an eyesore) but considering the hurricane a few years ago, that'sunderstandable..Still didn't feel like Jimmy B's is the same as it use to be. I expected it to be noisy considering Jimmy B's was right there, but it was actually pretty quiet."

"Overall, we enjoyed this hotel. The proximity to the beach/pool were amazing! The included breakfast was a nice benefit and the workout room was great! The automatic $100 “incidentals” fee was a little off-putting, as was the beach chair fee (along with the chair policeman who requested a tip, after charging us.) For a nicer hotel, this felt wrong. Where were we supposed to sit at the beach, if not on a chair? I wish the hotel would consider removing these up-charges. You want your guests to feel indulged while on vacation. The staff was excellent, so helpful and friendly!"
