David was great! Always walking the grounds and asking if you need anything. The staff from the maintenance guy to the maid service making sure that your stay is great. Many places to stay in treasure island but I would not stay anywhere else because of the staff and cleanliness of the motel and rooms.

Our room was just waiting for us. Sea Jay is very close to the beach maybe 3-5 minutes the most, and after you can splash in the pool. Shower was a little tight for my husband but it worked out nice. The nice thing about it is that it is a small place with just the right number of rooms. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel this is not the place for you. However for something quiet and just relax Sea Jay is the place for you.

What a charming place! If you’re a fan of retro, definitely stay here. I literally felt like I’d stepped back in time (in a good way!) The room was clean, and when checking in, everything was very clearly explained in a very slow relaxed and caring way, the way it used to be. I travel a lot and I’m used to the hustle/bustle and this is the complete opposite. I felt safe on the property and the location is excellent. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Sea Jay. The motel is definitely older than it looks in the photos. But it seems well maintained. We had an issue with a leaky fridge which cause a puddle in the kitchen area but it was quickly sorted by the lovely staff. The TVs in the room are great with all the on demand subscriptions. The pool is lovely, small and good for kids. The shuffle board was also fun for my two kids! The location is excellent. The beach, waffle house, Super Scoops and Sloppy Joes all within walking distance.
