What a beautiful little hideaway! Our stay was amazing - lovedddd the heated pool! The beach, souvenir shops, and a variety of restaurants were within 10-15 minutes walking distance. I would absolutely love to stay again the next time I plan a vacation in treasure island :)

Great location across from the public beach, very clean “retro” room, The bed could have been firmer , not to my liking. We needed a room for 1 night so we did not use the pool but it looked delightful. We would stay again.

The Sea Jay Motel was the best location and one of the best finds our family during spring break! We were able to walk everywhere including the beach! There was ample space for our family of four and the new renovated pool was amazing! We will definitely look into staying here again when we return to Treasure Island/St. Pete’s Beach area!

Staff was very helpful, location is great, the pool is wonderful, and easy off-street parking. The room was large and felt more like an apartment instead of a hotel room. The sign makes it seem run down, but I think it is memorial to the Hurricane that hit the area just last year. There are not elevators, so be sure to get a ground floor room if steps will be a struggle for you or your bags. Their was a door between our room and the room next to us for adjoining rooms, but it wasn't soundproofed well. The couples in the other room sounded like they were in our room while one was talking on the phone and the other kept scooping ice, watching TV, coughing, and talking. All things considered, I would definitely stay here again.

Location. cleanliness and the friendly staff are strong points, however. the room set up and condition (age) was not good. Paying $250+ a night for a place like this is too much, perhaps $150-175 is more reasonable.

The property was great! The bed I slept in was very comfortable. The staff was excellent and as well as the amenities. I borrowed a bike for free and rode around. The pool is heated and there are some pool toys to play with like noodles and floaties. The beach is one block away so you can walk. There is a view of the Intercoastal since the hotel is on it.
