Location! If you want to access the beach this is the place. About a 200 yard walk to the beach. Clean efficiency rooms with staff that is attentive to requests. Nothing luxurious, but tidy and well kept. Competitively priced for the location. I look forward to returning.

The manager that was on duty was very sweet and nice. The room was small but clean, full kitchen , ice cold refrigerator, heat & AC all worked great, only steps away from the beach. John’s Pass was in walking distance, which was awesome.

The room and property was ok, a little weathered and worn, but clean. The pool is not heated whatsoever. Disappointing with children for sure. Beach chairs and umbrella in room were great to have and appreciated. If on ground floor you hear EVERYTHING above, so just be aware. Proximity to beach was great!
