Beautiful beach area. You have to pay for chair rental, but its worth it. I saw dolphins swim by daily and the beach wait staff was great. The music started around 2 and went until late night. This resort is about a 20 min. walk to down town where there are a good amount of restaurants, The Pier and boat tours. Overall a great place to go to relax and soak up the rays.

Nice place and we had fun. Drinks are expensive and we couldn’t even bring our own water down in glasses without having to put them away.

We loved our stay at shepherds beach resort. We came with our 18 month old. Very clean, love the beach. Daniel by the poolside was a total doll and very on top of taking care of the cleanliness and towels. What we didn’t know is that there is a big nightclub under the one building. We were on the fourth floor and the vibrations and beats went on until 230AM on Friday night. The food and drinks in property were great. Loved walking into the town area. All in all great stay and would recommend

We have zero complaints!! It was an absolutely perfect vacation/spring break with my 11 year old son. The staff is absolutely amazing! We will be back and ir cannot come soon enough. Thank you!

Definitely a party hotel, super loud music til midnight EVERY night. No in room TV with movies or ability to stream. Breakfast buffet overpriced and food old and reheated. Housekeeping practically non existent. Linens and towels old and scratchy.

This was the nicest resort we have ever stayed in… We were treated so respectfully and friendly by the staff. They were renovations going on, yeah, we did not hear them with our doors closed. The view from the balcony was amazing… would definitely recommend

This resort is very noisy. The bar area is open to outside guests making it very busy. During both nights of our stay there was a live band right outside the pool area playing into at least midnight. I would not pick this resort for family with small kids.

We were very happy with the property, the staff, and the amenities. We were very annoyed with extent of the loud music into the late evening preventing sleeping, and normal conversation. If you could reduce sound after 10-11, or stop it completely after 12, that would be better

Staff are super friendly. You can walk to a lot of places and the private beach was wonderful. Room was clean. Only thing I will ask them to change is the room towels, they are super scratchy and the same with the washcloths and hand towels. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience.

Everything was great! Noisy poolside due to the live band but you have to expect that as it is a party hotel/resort if you don’t like it, you get a room on the other side of the building. Everything was wonderful except the towels and washcloths were like sandpaper. They could definitely invest in new towels.

I loved the daily live entertainment. It’s the main reason I stay here. However, communication from staff was not great. Was never told about happy hour or breakfast buffet. Prices for drinks were all over the place from bar to bar on the resort. There was no consistency. Because of the construction happening I think the breakfast buffet should have been complimentary for guest for the inconvenience and annoyance of all the construction noises which were very irritating. Not what you want when trying to relax on vacation.

Emplacement idéal, restaurant très bon, piscine propre et grande, petite plage privée très agréable. LOUD, LOUD, LOUD !! This hotel has a night club that plays LOUD music Every Night from 10 pm to 2:00 am. Our room was located on the 4th floor and the music vibrated our hotel walls and shook the floor Every Night, Mon- Friday! Then the drunk guest would walk up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors. We NEVER SLEPT all week!!! The room walls are very thin and you can hear all your neighbors talking, shutting cupboard doors and kids yelling. The hotel is beautiful. You have to valet park your car every time, there's no parking lot or parking ramp. The hotel is clean and rooms are very big. It's just VERY LOUD EVERY NIGHT !!! I would never stay here again, and I travel a lot.

I like the place, pool is nice and warm enough. Very close to the beach. Beautiful beach and the service from the bar was good. We had live music every night and it was good to entertain the whole family. The room was okey, nothing special, it was silent because we were facing the street on the 6th floor. I’d stay again.

While the resort is geared toward adults, my two young kids had a great time. The pool was warm, the beach access was easy (along with the de-sanding after). Really appreciated the kitchenette. But the live music was the highlight - as an avid concert-goer, it really made the experience more fun and relaxing for me and my kids were tearing up the dance floor in the evening.

I loved the staff and their friendliness, helpfulness. Our room was very nice and very comfortable loved the pool area and the food. The drawback was the late night music. One night it kept us awake with the heavy base that we could hear.

Great property with live entertainment. Drinks in the bar area were pricey. An evening by the pool for two dinners, 2 beers and 2 drinks was just over $100 with tip. Nice pool, although it was too cool to swim. Ridiculously complicated remote control for the TV. Took us about 30 minutes to figure it out! A call to the front desk for help that never arrived. Towels were very rough and scratchy, but room was clean, recently remodeled, and had a nice kitchen set up. Front desk staff was very friendly during check in/out. Beach was not walkable at the hotel itself, but it is a short walk down to Pier 60, which is a beautiful park and walkable beach.
