Everything was great! We stayed in the executive two bedroom suite and it does have two bathrooms. The view of the bay was beautiful and it was a very short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It seemed like this was one of the only places around with a pool too. Make sure you sign your rental agreement before your stay and also make sure you check if your room has stairs if you have issues doing stairs.

This hotel was dingy, dirty and absolutely nothing like the pictures. I didn’t stay when I saw it. They also wouldn’t refund me. It was horrible.

One thing we feel badly needed is having at least one staff on site. We had a significant challenge just getting into our suite at the start. Our suite was very marginal and very limited ocean view

We booked a room that was “1 Double Bed” and received a room that was actually 2 Twin Murphy beds. When I contacted their director of experiences about the issue, she repeatedly tried to tell me this was the room I booked. I even provided her screenshots of my booking saying the room was 1 bed and not 2 twins. She finally admitted the room was indeed configured as 2 Twin beds, with a futon pull out couch which she said was the “double bed.” The room way too small to even use the futon bed if we wanted to. We were also given instructions not to move the furniture as well. I asked her if there was a way we could rectify this situation to which she just kept responding “thank you for understanding.” We booked this trip for a special occasion and were left a bit disappointed. They use photos of the more renovated units even on the older listings to hide that they aren’t as nice. Our unit was quite dated, which we didn’t even really mind. But the bathroom was very, very small. And the shower head was so low on the wall we had to squat to wash our hair. The only thing we liked about our stay here was the beach equipment that was in the room to use. I’m not sure how Wanda fits in this booking equation, but she was lovely. Overall, I’m not sure that I would stay here again. I don’t appreciate when nothing is being done to make up for their errors.

Weekend getaway

The location was fantastic to beach, shopping, and eating. We did have some issues with the door to our room but it was fixed immediately even though it was after hours. I will be booking there again.

There were a few minor cliches with check in, and I wasn’t expecting the stairs, with no elevator, but other than that my room was super cute and clean, the location is excellent and I appreciated having the stuff in the room so I could go to the beach!

The property provider to Expedia after we booked and checked into our "premium pool view" studio changed the listing to "Comfort Studio" with no mention of pool view. They also removed all the images bar 1. You are booking in essence a Studio / apartment on a small dated complex consisting of 4 blocks. Once booked, you deal direct with the property provider to Expedia. We spoke to the property provider within 15 minutes of arriving, they provide the apartment number and entry codes. The information was inconsistent and i advised i thought they had given us the incorrect studio as it had no pool view and certainly wasn't premium in anyway. Expedia have been great but the provider I will never book a property with again. They mention "recently renovated" and "we only select top tier Units", i would suggest the marketing could be described as misleading and i'm being generous by saying that. Such a shame when the 3 night stay was for a special occasion as advised to them. I have images to demonstrate this. Please think twice if considering booking the Coral Resort.

Not what i expected. The cost for this stay was the same as the Hilton on the beach. Walked in, and didn’t even have a regular bed, it was a pulldown bed. The bathroom door stuck and was hard to open. Overall not a very aesthetically appealing.

The location is PERFECT! We literally parked our car upon arrival and didn't use it again until our stay was over. Clean room and pool. Great views of the inlet, we even saw dolphins one morning.
